Hope Springs

For the past 21 years, hope springs has been offering people living with mental illness and social isolation, a place to belong.

Participants find acceptance, support, and social activities to help them enjoy meaningful lives.

The programs offered at hope springs include Art Therapy, Music Therapy, a Women’s Program, a ‘Hang Out’ Program, a Gardening Group, Springboard Group Outings and a Carer’s Group. We also offer online programs in mindfulness and artistic expression.

All programs are based at the Cross Generation Uniting Church in Heidelberg Heights and run with the help of a dedicated group of volunteers.

Please contact us if you are interested in a program or in becoming a volunteer.
